A field blend of Syrah (40%), Malbec (40%), and Viognier (20%) from a small family vineyard just east of The Dalles. The vineyard sits 500 feet above the confluence of the Deschutes and Columbia Rivers. Dry and sustainably farmed.
The Viognier was foot-trod in the picking bin and allowed to sit on the skins for the day, prior to pressing. The entire lot was pressed delicately together and fermented in barrel for five months.
Notes of strawberry, kiwi, green apple and Meyer lemon, with a food-friendly and long-lasting finish.
ONLY 185 CASES PRODUCED.
