BBQ Friendly! The Red Blend is a representation of my cellar, and of the great State of Oregon. Two-thirds of the blend is Willamette Valley Pinot Noir, with the other third from the Rogue Valley AVA in Southern Oregon.
Wild ferment of gently crushed fruit. Aged in neutral French Oak for six months.
Unfined and always unfiltered. Drink now (with a slight chill is nice), or 3-5 years. It is ready to go, but has the tension to go the distance.
